We are recruiting 1 full time and 1 part time dynamic support workers who are passionate about supporting women and their children who are affected, at risk or who have experience Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence. The successful candidate will be able to support women and their children, who have been referred into our Tenancy Support Scheme. The role will also require you to provide information regarding tenancy related issues, to assess risk, identify needs and provide appropriate practical and emotional support to improve their housing situation and to make positive changes to their lives in order to increase safety, well being and to reduce threats of homelessness. 

The role is ideal for individuals who are keen to help the most vulnerable in the Vale of Glamorgan and will involve lone working and working as part of a team. The role is based in our offices in Barry and will involve visits across the Vale of Glamorgan.
