Following our CEO’s successful promotion, we are currently looking for a forward thinking Chief Executive Officer with strong leadership and management skills who can continue to drive our organisation forward.
Job Role:
The Chief Executive Officer is the most senior member of paid staff within the organisation and is responsible for driving strategy forward whilst ensuring service delivery is responsive to the needs of our community. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established organisation with a clear vision to improve the lives of those affected by domestic and sexual violence. The CEO works closely with a committed Board of Trustees and with the management team of the organisation. The CEO is the public face of the organisation, interfacing with stakeholders, ensuring that Atal y Fro continues to be recognised in the Vale of Glamorgan and across the Cardiff and Vale Region and respected as the specialist service to address violence against women, domestic abuse, and sexual violence.
In addition, the Chief Executive Officer will work with key strategic partners, such as Welsh Women’s Aid to influence policy, practice, and lead campaigns in relation to women and violence and abuse, at a local and regional level.
Having successfully secured the tender to continue to provide domestic and sexual violence services we are looking forward to the future. Delivering on our new strategy and ensuring high quality services are delivered to our community are our priorities.
This post is a women only post. Defined as a genuine occupation required under the Equality Act 2010.
